| This game has beautiful, smooth graphics, easy to learn controls, and a comfortable, arcade-like flight model. However, the story line is awful. The briefings for each mission are heavy handed and not very believable, and the verbose computer in-cockpit feels pushy and insulting. Also, their concept of "easy" isn't. Even on "easy", the game is challenging, with only marginal steps up in difficulty with the higher settings. Cheat mode is awkward to enable and doesn't work in some cases. If you like to fly around and shoot things, this is a perfect game, but if you're looking for a plot line, look elsewhere. | |
