| This is quite a flexible game. You can approach it as a trader or a combatant. It has attractive graphics and a playable flight model, though I find it a bit sluggish. Recharging your ship (they're solar powered) is a bit annoying since daylight doesn't seem to recharge you, only slow the drain. Nevertheless, it has a very engaging plot line, with the option for you to make a number of different alliances. This game is no longer sold, but you can find a way to get it more-or-less free on the internet, and it's worth it. The worst thing about the game is the droning sound effect when you're in a hangar, but mercifully there's a hack to eliminate that here. | |
