Jason’s vision:
I can use work on having a good conversation with someone far from God. I’m not much help to people who claim that they have already “arrived.” I thrive in encounters with men and women who are searching for God, and don’t even realize it. I love bringing a person along who is standing in God’s door way and showing them the WAY to the Father! Introduce me to someone who is asking the questions their heart demands and I am always ready for a wee chat.

One of my favorite things in the world is to sit down with someone over a latte. Great conversations happen with a latte in hand. It’s there that I most often learn what’s going on in the heart of another person. I love to encourage leadership in women. It’s a huge need that seems to be under-met. Speaking truth, and encouraging women in leadership remains one of my greatest passions and areas of growth ... include a latte and I consider that a dream come true!
